To improve the convenient use and management of smart devices, Urovo Tech has developed a system feature setting tool that can independently manage some special settings that cannot be completed in the system settings, further enhancing the convenient and efficient use of smart devices.

Disable the status bar dropdown

You may disable the status bar dropdown to prevent any alteration of the system settings from the status bar.

Block function key

The actions of three functional keys at the bottom of the touchscreen can be blocked to prevent unintentional operation.

Disable automatic pop-up of input methods

The pop-up input method is disabled during user input. The keyboard input will help ensure great visibility of screen contents.

In addition, the system feature setting tool includes more minor features, including the floating action button. Furthermore, the scanning button is prohibited from transmitting key values to non-system applications, the PTT button is developed for the Broadcast Action, and the default desktop Launcher of the system is modified. These functions allow the device manager to set up some special configurations based on the company’s business logic and features to align the device with the desired use requirements, thereby improving the operating experience and work efficiency.
